Vacation Pass Business Seller Program

Participating business sellers earn $0.70 per qualifying Vacation Pass activation generated through their business-partner attribution.

Business Seller: $0.70 Recruiter Override: $0.30 Partner Pool Total: $1.00

If the business was recruited by an affiliate, that recruiter may also earn a $0.30 override on qualifying partner-generated activations. Where the override applies, the $0.70 seller commission and $0.30 recruiter override come from the same $1.00 partner commission pool. It is not an additional $1.30 payout. This is separate from the affiliate's own $1.00 direct Vacation Pass referrals.

Who can join the Beach Buddy Partner & Affiliate Program?

Both businesses and individuals may apply. That includes travel agencies and advisors, hotels and resorts, property managers, concierges, tourism professionals, creators, publishers, local media, marketers and others who connect with beach travelers or legitimate coastal businesses.

How are referrals tracked?

Beach Buddy uses unique referral links and QR-code attribution. Direct Vacation Pass referrals currently use a 30-day last-click attribution window. Other qualifying activities are tracked according to the applicable program rules.

How and when are commissions paid?

Approved affiliate commissions are paid weekly, with a $10 minimum payout threshold. Qualifying commissions remain subject to verification and any applicable reversals before payout.

What is the difference between a direct affiliate and a Vacation Pass business seller?

A standard direct affiliate earns $1.00 per qualifying direct Vacation Pass activation. A participating business seller earns $0.70 per qualifying partner-generated activation. If that seller was recruited by an affiliate, the recruiter may receive a $0.30 override on qualifying activations. The $0.70 and $0.30 come from the same $1.00 partner commission pool.

How do reservation commissions work?

Partners can earn a 3% commission on qualifying attributed reservations through the Beach Buddy reservation platform. Qualifying reservations may include supported lodging, vacation rentals, restaurants, charters, tours, activities, equipment rentals and other coastal services. Beach Buddy operates the applicable reservation, payment and attribution infrastructure.

How do coastal business recruitment bonuses work?

Introduce an eligible coastal business to the Beach Buddy reservation platform and earn $20 when the referred business is approved and live, plus $30 when that business reaches $1,000 in completed bookings.
